With an MSc in Data Science and as an ICF-accredited coach, he has trained over 2,000 participants and guided teams from more than 15 countries in adopting AI. Dr. Jenette Villegas Puyod holds a PhD in Management from ICO-NIDA and is a Lecturer in Global Business Management at Assumption University of Thailand. With leadership experience and numerous publications in Scopus-indexed journals, she was awarded the prestigious Best Research Award MSME in 2024. A recognized speaker on management, design thinking, and sustainable business practices, she also supervises PhD dissertations and teaches organizational behavior, innovation, and social entrepreneurship, shaping the next generation of leaders and scholars.
Dr. Henzel Tagalog Embalzado
Dr. Henzel Tagalog Embalzado earned his PhD in Counseling Psychology from Assumption University of Thailand and has served for over 15 years as Deputy Chairperson and Lecturer in Marketing at the university. Currently affiliated with Ateneo de Davao University in the Philippines, he teaches psychology courses while also pursuing work as an entrepreneur, business consultant, and leadership trainer. His career reflects a rare blend of academic expertise and practical business insight, making him a respected figure in both education and industry.
Mr. Mrigendra Pradhan
Mr. Mrigendra Pradhan is a senior banking professional with over 30 years of experience at Himalayan Bank, including leadership roles as Executive Operating Officer and Assistant CEO. He has wide expertise in banking operations, risk management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, digital banking and foreign bank guarantee dispute management. As a trainer and consultant, he continues to guide banking professionals & institutions and has been actively contributing to financial literacy, capacity building, and professional development of bankers across Nepal.
Narayan Ghimire

Dr. Simon Nnaemeka Ajah
Dr. Simon Nnaemeka Ajah is an accomplished academic and business consultant specializing in Future Leadership, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability. He is a Lecturer at Assumption University of Thailand and a Guest Lecturer at Srinakharinwirot University. He holds a Ph.D. in Governance and Development, an MBA in General Management, and a BBA in Management–Entrepreneurship. His work focuses on preparing leaders for global challenges through strategic thinking, adaptability, and strong governance. He is also a peer reviewer for Thammasat and Kasetsart University journals and brings valuable ASEAN regional experience from his work with QNET.
Tanvir Hakim
Tanvir Hakim is a Lecturer at Assumption University, Bangkok, specializing in Management Excellence and Leadership Development. His expertise includes Strategic Management, Brand Leadership, Integrated Marketing Communications, Consumer Behavior, and Digital Transformation. With over a decade of experience in academia and management consultancy, he has worked across finance, biotechnology, hospitality, agriculture, legal services, and consumer sectors. He brings a practical, decision-focused approach to leadership training, helping managers enhance strategic alignment, communication, and future leadership capabilities.
Dr. Felicito Jabutay
Dr. Felicito Jabutay earned his Ph.D. in Management from the College of Management, Mahidol University (CMMU), Bangkok, Thailand. He is a faculty member of the MBA program at Kasem Bundit University (KBU) and formerly served as Chair of KBU’s BBA International Program (2016–2024). He teaches Management, Leadership, Strategy, Research and Statistics. Dr. Jabutay has worked as a consultant and trainer for companies such as HANA Semiconductor and DHL Thailand. As a researcher, he collaborates with scholars from universities in Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam with several publications in Scopus-indexed journals. He also reviews for over ten Q1 and Q2 journals and was recognized as Best Reviewer by the Journal of Applied Structural Equation Modeling (JASEM).
Marvi L. Aresta-Bayrante
Marvi L. Aresta-Bayrante is an educator-turned-financial advisor with over 20 years of experience in academic leadership, information technology, and professional development. She formerly served as Assistant Professor and IT & Information Systems Department Chairperson at Adamson University, contributing to research, accreditation, and student mentorship, while also actively engaging in national academic organizations and CHED-related quality assurance and community initiatives. Currently, she is a Financial Advisor with Sun Life of Canada (Philippines), Inc., where she advocates financial literacy, protection, and long-term planning, combining her educational background with values-driven guidance. She also continues to teach as a part-time Guest Lecturer, staying connected to her passion for education.
Rev. Fr. Joel S. Saballa
Rev. Fr. Joel S. Saballa, RSW, is a priest of the Diocese of Novaliches whose work integrates pastoral care, social development, and community engagement. A Licensed Professional Teacher in Social Studies, he holds a Master’s degree in Theology and is completing a Master of Social Work, while also pursuing a Diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to support good governance, transparency, and HIV prevention initiatives. He serves as Convenor of the Clergy for Good Governance, Diocesan In-Charge of the PLHIV Ministry, and Priest-Director of SIMBAYANIHAN, and is an advocate for Children in Conflict with the Law, promoting restorative justice. Grounded in faith and social justice, he explores the responsible use of technology to empower communities and uphold human dignity.
Mr. Manoj Neupane
Mr. Manoj Neupane is a distinguished banking professional with extensive leadership experience in Nepal’s financial sector. He has served as Former Sr. DCEO of Prabhu Bank following the acquisition of Century Bank and previously held key executive roles at Century Bank as CEO and DCEO. Before that he had worked in many key positions like Chief Credit Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Corporate Banking Head etc. in Century Bank, Sunrise Bank and Himalayan Bank. A former visiting faculty to MBA/MFC programs in TU, he was also actively involved in developing curriculum in different academic sectors and training programs in Nepal. A Ph.D. scholar in Credit Risk Analysis, and with deep expertise in strategic leadership, banking operations, and corporate governance, Mr. Neupane brings valuable executive insight and practical experience to his role as faculty
Mr. Deepesh Pradhan
Mr. Deepesh Pradhan is a seasoned banking and management expert with over 27 years of experience in risk management, trade finance, operations, and compliance. He has held senior roles including Chief Risk Officer and COO at Prabhu Bank, Global IME Bank, and Himalayan Bank, contributing to policy development, AML/CFT frameworks, and ICAAP execution. Currently CEO of Financial Literacy Nepal, he leads research, curriculum design, and advocacy for financial inclusion. He also serves as an independent consultant and banking trainer with specialization in Trade Finance (LC / bank guarantee operation) and Risk Management, offering strategic insight and practical expertise to institutions and professionals across Nepal’s financial sector.
Mrs. Bhawani Ghimire (Thapa)
Mrs. Bhawani Ghimire (Thapa) is a seasoned banking professional and academic with 31 years of experience in credit management, loan recovery, branch operations, policy formulation, compliance and AML/CFT. Formerly Chief Manager and Head of Compliance at Himalayan Bank, she is recognized for her expertise in governance, ethical leadership, and regulatory compliance training. A Ph.D. scholar in Sustainable Energy Management from Prince of Songkla University, Thailand and an Executive MBA from KU, she inspires future banking professionals through her expertise and key insights in regulatory compliance and AML/CFT.
Mr. Anil Ratna Tuladhar
Mr. Anil Ratna Tuladhar is a seasoned banking professional with over 26 years of experience at Bank of Kathmandu Ltd., where he led Treasury Front, Correspondent Banking, and International Trade Operations. He has deep expertise in investment, liquidity, and risk management, as well as trade finance and SWIFT operations. He has also worked as consultant in projects of World Bank and fintech projects related with banking transaction process. An Executive MBA graduate, he has attended numerous international seminars and trainings. As a trainer, he brings strategic insight, operational depth, and hands-on experience to financial institutions and capacity-building programs across Nepal.
Mr. Pravat Uprety
Mr. Pravat Uprety holds a Master’s degree in Statistics and Population Studies from Tribhuvan University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Statistics. He has been teaching at the Central Department of Statistics since 2002 and currently serves as its Head. His expertise includes Statistical Inference, Multivariate Analysis, Econometrics, Research Methodology, and Business Analytics. He has published widely in national and international journals and has worked as an expert in survey design and data analysis for household surveys with national and international organizations. He has also conducted extensive training in data analysis and business analytics using SPSS, STATA, R, and Excel for government, academic, and development institutions.
