Mr. Suman Neupane

Founder President

Mr. Suman Neupane is a visionary leader with over 40 years of experience in banking, finance, clean energy, and academic leadership. As Founder and President of the Drucker Leadership Academy (DLA), he cultivates leadership excellence through transformative development programs. He has a strong track record of pioneering initiatives, including modernizing Nepal’s banking sector. He has been instrumental in introducing ultra-modern technologies on the banking. He has also introduced modern managerial skills in the banking sector. He has also been leading renewable energy projects in Nepal, India, the USA. His expertise spans organizational leadership, strategic planning, project development, and training/mentorship. He has held leadership positions at various organizations, including Next Energy Ventures as Chairman, TransCash International Australia as a Global CEO and Board Member, TransCash Investment Singapore as a CEO, Sunrise Bank Ltd. and Global Bank Ltd. in Nepal as CEO. He holds a Master’s Degree in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, The Philippines.

Mr. Prabin Raj Pokharel

Senior Executive Vice President

Prabin Raj Pokharel is a distinguished professional with 30 years of leadership in digital finance, banking, ICT, and management, recognized for revolutionizing Nepal’s financial digitization. He has served as CEO of leading fintech companies including Namaste Pay, MNepal Limited, and f1Soft International, driving innovations in mobile banking, internet banking, e-wallets, and card systems.His contributions include implementing Nepal’s Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) at the central bank, advising on payment systems for WSP/Louis Berger US, and holding key roles in top-tier banks such as Global Bank, Nabil Bank, Bank of Kathmandu, and Himalayan Bank. As Chairperson of the Health Research and Social Development Forum (HERD), he continues to drive impactful social development through research and innovation. Collaborating with Nepal Rastra Bank, USAID, and government ministries, he has also advanced IT infrastructure, data centers, regulatory frameworks, and public financial management systems.

Ms. Subechchya Neupane

VP

Subechhya Neupane is an accomplished HR leader with over 10 years of experience in strategic human resource management and talent acquisition. As Vice President, she has been instrumental in aligning people strategies with organizational vision, fostering inclusion, and building agile, high-performing teams. With an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington, she blends academic knowledge with practical expertise to drive impactful results.

Passionate about people-centric leadership, Subechhya has led initiatives to boost employee engagement, streamline recruitment, and strengthen leadership development. Her approach is rooted in empowerment, trust, and continuous improvement, creating workplaces where individuals feel valued, heard, and motivated to achieve their best.

Ms. Aishwarya Neupane

VP

Aishwarya Neupane brings a strong blend of teaching, leadership, and research to her role as Vice President. She holds a Master’s in Pedagogy with STEM Integration from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and is set to pursue a Ph.D. in Education, focusing on research-driven instructional design and learning innovation.

Committed to educational equity, she began her career with City Year and Teach For America, working with underserved communities in the U.S. Currently teaching IBDP Mathematics and Theory of Knowledge at Ullens School in Kathmandu, she integrates inquiry-based and interdisciplinary approaches while leveraging her expertise to drive strategy and innovation within the organization.

Ms. Deepika Bista

Business Development Manager

Deepika Bista is a versatile professional serving as the Business Development Manager at Drucker Leadership Academy (DLA), where she drives growth initiatives and builds strategic partnerships. With prior experience in content creation at Feature Studio, she brings creativity, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach to her work.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Deepika is actively engaged in community service through the Rotary Club, reflecting her commitment to meaningful social impact. Recognized for her dedication and leadership, she continues to make a mark as a dynamic and forward-thinking professional.
