Founder President
Mr. Suman Neupane is a visionary leader with over 40 years of experience in banking, finance, clean energy, and academic leadership. As Founder and President of the Drucker Leadership Academy (DLA), he cultivates leadership excellence through transformative development programs. He has a strong track record of pioneering initiatives, including modernizing Nepal’s banking sector. He has been instrumental in introducing ultra-modern technologies on the banking. He has also introduced modern managerial skills in the banking sector. He has also been leading renewable energy projects in Nepal, India, the USA. His expertise spans organizational leadership, strategic planning, project development, and training/mentorship. He has held leadership positions at various organizations, including Next Energy Ventures as Chairman, TransCash International Australia as a Global CEO and Board Member, TransCash Investment Singapore as a CEO, Sunrise Bank Ltd. and Global Bank Ltd. in Nepal as CEO. He holds a Master’s Degree in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, The Philippines.

Mr. Pokharel has served as CEO of three leading fintech companies, including Namaste Pay (Nepal Digital Payments Company Limited), MNepal Limited, and f1Soft International, where he revolutionized digital payment ecosystems. His leadership has been instrumental in:
- Implementing Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS)at Nepal Rastra Bank (Central Bank of Nepal), a cornerstone in modernizing Nepal’s payment infrastructure.
- Advancing mobile banking, internet banking, e-wallets, and payment card systems, leaving an indelible mark on the nation’s financial digitization.
Ms. Subechhya Neupane
Vice President
Subechhya Neupane is an accomplished HR leader with over 10 years of experience driving strategic human resource management and talent acquisition initiatives. As Vice President, she plays a key role in aligning people strategies with organizational vision, fostering a culture of inclusion, and leading teams with clarity and purpose.
With an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington, Subechhya combines academic insight with real-world expertise to build agile, high-performing teams. Her approach to leadership is rooted in empowerment, trust, and continuous improvement—believing that when people are supported and inspired, they bring their best to work.
Throughout her career, Subechhya has championed initiatives that enhance employee engagement, streamline recruitment processes, and strengthen leadership development. She is passionate about creating workplaces where people feel valued, heard, and motivated to grow.
Ms. Aishwarya Neupane
Vice President
Aishwarya Neupane brings a dynamic blend of teaching experience, leadership, and academic research to their role as Vice President. She holds a Master’s in Pedagogy with STEM Integration from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, where they are now set to pursue a Ph.D. in Education, focusing on research-driven approaches to learning and instructional design.
With a deep commitment to educational equity, Aishwarya Neupane began their career through City Year and Teach For America, working with underserved communities across the U.S. She currently teach International Baccalaureate (IBDP) Mathematics and Theory of Knowledge (TOK) at Ullens School in Kathmandu, where they integrate inquiry-based and interdisciplinary learning approaches.
